    Video below:

I am having a rythmic clicking sound that is intermittent with braking.

What I have tried so far:
    1. New front pads. Contact area with caliper and pins well greesed. No change
    2. Took off calipers. Inspected. Reinstall and torqued correctly.
    3. Full brake flush

Took off the pads again and checked everything. It all looks great. Hoping this isn't the abs system. No abs light comes on.

    Update:
I added up taking of the rear drums. Looked fine. I made sure the rear pads were adjusted well.

Anyone have ideas as to what might be causing this issue?

Have you put a dial indicator to the rotor to check for runout and/or caliper to check for uneven wear?

    Check your cv joints?

    Well that doesn't sound good.
Have you jacked up the front and checked for any play in the front wheels or axle?

Sounds like a cv joint clicking but I've usually heard them while turning. Not so much with braking.

Agree - USUALLY cv clicking is caused as the damaged part moves on/off pressure during a turn because of the countering angle of the joint. Yet that on/off pressure COULD also be caused by the varying pressure of a brake system that is warped/has high runout. MAYBE two problems - warped/high runout in brakes CAUSING the cv to click as the pressure on the joint goes in and out!

Typically this is a symptom of warped rotors. Do you feel any shake in the pedal or steering wheel when braking as well?

    Solved:

Front wheel bearing. The intermittent sound was the abs (tho the light wasn't going off) as the abs sensor is located near the webearing.

It's odd because a didn't have the typical winding sound with the bearing. However, there was a lot of play in the bearing and replacement solved the issue
