My poor dog was a trooper yesterday. We got home around 9pm and she hasn't gotten out of bed since we got home. So much rocking and knocking in the truck wore her out.

My truck is still not back together really. I put the front drive shaft in yesterday. Gotta build a crossmember for the crawler today and cut up a few skidplate so they might still cover something, gotta install new eccentric bolts, and uniballs as soon as they come in. Trucks basically totaled should probably just scrap it

Hate I missed the trip but I had to get the ECGS Bushing installed. It's amazing how smooth the front end is now. If anyone is in the Charlotte/Gastonia area I have a bearing removal tool. I definitely suggest replacing your bearing in your tacoma asap.

Did anyone else think it strange that the last group (T4r's) were asking if we crossed the bridge at the entrance....then the guy with the camera starts taking pics of our trucks....and plates?

Didnt a bunch from the landcruiser group cross over the private bridge?

No. We crossed the creek. The group that was sitting at the church staging was the group that crossed the private bridge.

As long as you guys obeyed the signs, you did nothing wrong. The T4r group may have heard from a land owner that other people were trespassing.

Had a great time with everyone this weekend. Pretty impressed with the capability of the 3rd gen. in stock form. Next time I can take that first ledge a little slower

I think a lift and some taller tires are on my short list now...
