Richland Rd staging area - Partial Private Property/closed

Ok least he wasn't an asshole. He said you could get through but just put it back. What kind of 'gate' was it?

Gate Keeper was a little more intimidating than I thought it would be, but made it up no problems...I'm sure someone will have better video, I can't get it to upload in more than 480p.

 

I will tell you this if land owners are putting gates up for access to the road unless the state has allowed them to that is illegal. From the information that I've been able to dig up is there is a section of the rd that is on private property but the state has easement rights. All this boils down to is legally landowners cannot impede travel to folks because they don't like it. If something has changed as of recently it is BC of the douches that go up there and ride on the private land and fuck shit up.

There is a rd that NH has easement rights on that goes straight through my family's land up there and when they made that rd there was nothing we could do abt it.

That's not too many I know there was a large group of t4rs planning on going sometime end of this month they may have gone through recently and pissed in the land owners cornflakes or some other guys did.

Eh not worth going there anymore. "THE GATEKEEPER" is meh at best on a rainy day.. There's other places to drive down dirt roads on that end of the state.

Well, I was there and I still dont believe its closed. Seems like this Jim OSullivan guy keeps making the same claim that it's closed without any real info. Last time he said he talked to a friend who was a sheriff up there and he said it was closed. Guess what though, not closed.
