    Honestly it doesn't look any worse than my a/c condenser after I dropped my power steering box on it :facepalm:
    Your still welcome to try the aluminum brazing rod. I just used a dental pick to pull the metal tubes back out, and tried to flowed the puddle of melted aluminum over it. It held up to the pressures of the a/c system so I think cooling system pressure should be no big deal.
    I will driving through Tampa tomorrow and have a light day planned so if you want it let me know and I can meet you or drop it off some were.

    I appreciate it, Matt, but I have a feeling after Richloam, it's probably going to be terminal anyway, so I'm just gonna JB Weld it to get it through that trip then if it's leaking from somewhere else afterward, I'll just put my other radiator in it.

    I have two brand new still in the box 16" electric fans I bought 19 years ago for some other project and never ended up using. I'm seriously considering how I can attach one to the radiator cowl so it pulls air through the whole rad and just deleting the engine driven fan. That way I can shut the fan off when going through deep water.

    Well, my hack radiator repair is done. Should be fully setup by this time tomorrow and then...I'll be dead in the water. Far as I know, Low Range Offroad hasn't shipped my LBJs yet and I haven't went to get my coolant and distilled water, so I guess that'll be this evening's or tomorrow's project. Meanwhile, I'm gonna take a look at that fan shroud and see if I can come up with some ideas to make the electric fan work.

    Put water in the radiator today. Haven't run the truck since I don't want to start it up while it's sitting on a jack stand, but it's been a little over 2 hours now and there's not a drop of water on the ground. Hopefully it remains that way once I get the system hot and pressurized.
