Plan on some serious fab work to make it work. It'll be sweet, but I have enough fab time in this kit to buy 3 TC kits that would just bolt up and go.

There is quite a list of, "why doesn't this fit/bolt up?", areas with lots of beating forehead against wall & start cursing. Here is just the latest two.

The flanges that the calipers mount to are not in the right place on the spindles. They will need to be cut off most likely.

The wheel studs were not supplied with the kit initially. When they were finally sourced, they didn't fit the hub correctly so... More custom machining.

To pretty much sum up the Solo part of the build... I'm not sure there is a jig!

    They are 10" Fox COs. Springs are 600 / 500 I believe.

so i just put deposit down on this kit and now this is making me think about it. Are you aware if they fixed any of these fitment issues. I was going to try and do the install myself in my driveway. Also i know flynn mentioned someone that wanted maximum travel out of this that they had to move there fuse box up and something with the air filter but wasn't sure exactly what. Did yo urun into these issues?

I have contacted SOLO and asked them about the issues mentioned here and this is what they replied...

Those issues were a miss understanding with the costumer, and We have fixed all the issues.
    thanks,
    SOLO

still going to have a hard time believing this, it seems like they used tim as a demo unit, which is fine

IMO the dirt designs kit is pretty rock solid

I would hit up Joe at Infamous Metal works honestly. I had a discussion about the kit with him and it steered me away from the kit altogether. (My opinion)
