allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
drill the bolt and put it in through the bottom with a castle nut and a cotter pin, problem solved. or is there no room for that, its hard to tell.

The bolt head is pretty thin, but I'm sure there is something that can be done to make it easier. I'll look into it closer during reassembly.

Just started the reassembly. I received the LT kit back from Solo last week.

Flynn built new upper arms, stripped and fixed the spindles, and repowdered everything.

Just bought a banding tool for CV boots. The 933 side of the axle is too close to the frame for the hose clamp style of boot clamps. I'm hoping the lower profile crimp clamps should clear better.

Nice, good luck with the reassembly! Hopefully it goes smoother this time around!

I'm interested to hear how everything goes. Once I get the back of my truck done I'll be moving to the front and have been eyeing up this Solo setup. Sorry you had to be a guinea pig but glad Solo took care of you and hope they have their bugs worked out cause it looks like an awesome kit!

    Front brakes work now!
Kit install is complete, minus limit straps.

    Remaining checklist:
    - connect / bleed rear brakes.
    - adjust ebrake cable
    - alignment
    - wire up headlights, turn signals, etc.
    - rear exhaust
    - speedo (not looking forward to this one)
    - add fender mounts front & rear
    - paint

Probably the best front end on a truck I've ever seen. The tubing on the bumper flows with the glass... damn :jerkoff:
