You should be good then. I mean you cant take off-ramps and sharp corners like a sports car but i haven't had any problems where it leaned really heavy or anything.

Thanks man. It should look good on your ride. Homer also makes some pretty sweet grills. I was going to get his Ghost Raptor grill but after doing this one it kinda grew on me.

How did you secure the " TOYOTA " letters on your grillcraft??? I'm still up in the air as to how I will do it.

I used a permanent double sided tape. thats usually how they all are done with the BAMF letters. They are not coming off without some work either.

I actually used Scotch brand. Seemed a little thinner then the 3M and i use it at work for outdoor signs and it holds up really good.

Sweet thanks again, I'll go with that too then. I read about what you said about the sway bar. You just took it out when you installed your suspension?

Yes. When i put in my UCAS and Icons i just took it out (easier to work on all that stuff with it out anyways).

That lift was a leveling kit. Pro Comp spacer (Part#65205) up front and a 1" block in rear. Those tires were 265x70x17 Trail Grapplers. Not the 295's i have on now. I started with those tires on stock wheels and went from there.

Nice! Thanks! I was looking for a wheel similar to that in the future, i wasnt sure my 265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers would fit cause of wheel being little wider. I appreciate.

Yeah I was a little worried when i got the wheels with those tires because 9" is kind of wide(they recommend 7'-8.5"). But for that specific tire(NTG) it looked a lot better then i thought it might look. Nothing looks worse then when a wheel is wider then the tire. lol Because the wheel is wide it will take away from the height of the tire. The tire specs say 31.97 tall, but with that wide wheel its only like 31 tall (but is wider and looks beefier).

Yeah thats what im shooting for [IMG] just dont want to be adding wheel spacers that was my other concern.
At the moment i have 1.75 lift not sure if when i would upgrade, just wanted to update the tire and wheels first without any trimming parts off the truck [IMG]

I had those tires on my stock wheels too and no problems. I did remove all mud flaps(rear & front + the little ones in front of front tires) no rubbing. Looks like truck is lifted a tiny bit with the flaps gone.

Did you build the grill using mesh etc? or you bought the inserts? Either way, can you please post a "how to"?
