Rick...I can't tell from the pics, but are those Rigid covers on your light bar?? You have a Radius bar correct? I was wondering how those 10" segments would work with a curved bar...interesting. Seems like it would have gaps due to the curve. Looks like you pulled it off!!

Yes they are the Rigid covers. Yeah they are 5- 10" pieces for the 50". They don't leave hardly any gaps at all since the curve isn't that sharp. I actually checked at night with the light on and it was like hairline cracks of light between the covers. These were the only ones i could find that were 5 pieces. Some other ones on ebay were 8" and you had to cut some pieces shorter then others etc. If you get these you do have to do a little modification since the Rigid bars are 3 1/4" tall (mine is 3"). I used a small torch and heated the inside edge of the clips and bent them down just a hair. They snap on tight and fit like a glove now. You'd be surprised how much more quiet it is with these on too.
    This is what I got:

Rick, I guess you took a risk on that price point that they would bend and fit your light bar! I'm glad they worked for you...:D

Haha yes I did. I googled a lot and somewhere I read that these were 3" (even though I knew the Rigid E-series is 3 1/4"). As soon as i got them i tried to put them on and i was like s#%*! But it ended up ok after about 20 minutes of modification.

Sweet truck! I have a 2014 and want the same muffler you have, the Spintech 9000, what inlet size, outlet size do you have? Someone else told me it was 2.25" but that was on an 05 and I didn't know if the muffler size was different in the newer models, thanks.

sub'd sweet build. i just started the mods. Jumper interior led's, matte black trd "mountain" stickers on side of bed, beerad hood light kit, mattgecko bed lights, redline tuning hood struts, homertaco raptor style grille in the mail.

your truck is basically the same idea i had in mind, but with a 3" lift and 275/75/17 nitto grapplers. now i just have to save up for the lift and wheels/tires.

Sweet man!! You might consider getting Maxtrac spindles if your not 4x4. Relatively a cheap $$ suspension lift and you still have stock geometry so it will align and drive just like factory. Its a 4" spindle lift but trust me if you even notice that extra inch you will like it. haha.

I am 4x4. And the biggest headache is how to do a good life that wont break my bank......all i do is read more, and all that happens is i get confused more!

Also if you do the redline struts (the are on sale right now) let me know. The directions are great! But there is one part that gets very confusing with where to measure from since the pictures are so close up, you cant tell which bolt it really is, causing the struts not to close.

Luckily I went into the deep web and found the guys number who ships for North America, and he was VERY helpful and while annoyed that i found his number at first, he spent 20 min with me to figure out the error, and is changing the instructions.

Thanks. Yeah these aren't that expensive and I can make most, if not all my money back if i sell my OEM's.
I already had the black cover with TRD on the 3rd light. It actually looks really good, i was surprised because it was so cheap (like $5-$10 i think). I'll get a pic of it later.
