I have a 3" leveling kit and a 2" block added to my truck, my measurements after was 39" in the front and 40" in the rear (ground to bottom of fender). Its actually nice, but was wondering is it supposed to measure that way?? I was under the impression it would measure the the same for both front and rear. Any thought from anyone?? I searched threads but couldn't find any info.

Considering the stock rake is around 2" (fender measurements) give or take, you lifting it 1" higher than the rear would equate to your difference of 1".

Measure from center of wheel hub to bottom of fender on all 4 sides.

^This. Because your tire size and pressure all have a factor in your ride height.

Front roughly measured at 24" and rear 24.5.

That is true. I'll have to double check the pressure but I just had the wheels and lift installed just a few days ago.

Looks like about 3" of lift based on those figures. Every truck is slightly different from factory but believe I've seen measurements at stock height to be in the 20 to 21" range for front and rear. (Fender to hub)
