    Here's three pictures of the window frame that I took out of the camper top. The gutter is 5/16 of an inch on three sides and a little over 3/8 toward the middle.

    I’m sure u can research enough and complete for on the cheap

    IMO
    I would seek out a Glass Glazier
    (Home glass vendor/installer)
    At least to get an experts opinion on ‘best way to do the job’
    hell they might surprise you and say NP, $150, leave frame and come back tomorrow to pickup

    I've got the 3/16" plexiglass on the way. I'll bevel the edges and lube it up with clear silicone. Hopefully it fits.

    How do I make an accurate template?
    Can I cut it with a trim router?
