Can we see a picture of the bask side of the lamps? Lots of counterfeits being sold these days online.

You search the mod-list, but don't find anything of interest.
As a personal preference I like to pack all electrical connectors with dialectric grease, I would give that a shot. Did you buy directly from Rigid? I'm sure they'd be willing to do some troubleshooting with you or warranty the item.

Look for the part number on the lights in this location as pictured.. Also these brackets seem to be grey... not black. Could just be a difference in run?

they are LED, put them on a bench and supply 12v to test.
you may have to reverse the positive and negative.

Not sure if this is a difference in model. But as someone stated above, yours are grey not black. Im not an expert on real vs. fake, but im 99% sure the above pictures are real lights off a TRD pro. Maybe someone else can weigh in?

The adjuster being not seated was prevalent on all the Fake sets i bought. (lights still work great) but he needs to know if those are fake or real. i would guess fake based on the adjuster seating and plastic housing.

Ouch. I just bought a set off of Alibaba for 110 shipped. Exact same lights. Installed them this weekend and they're great. Took just over a week to get them... virus came free with em.

I'd try to return them. Especially if he tried to pass them off as authentic lights.
