I'd rather stick with my homer grill or hack my stock one up. Trust me, I'm all for throwing money at my truck, but these things are way over board.

A Homer satoshi was my number one pick, buuuutttt.... he has slowed way down since 2012 and up are too time consuming and so far that they are in demand and I took a lot of shit from folks for getting ready to throw down $1500+ for his workmanship. His are supeior but, went this route versus the BAMF behind one of Homers. ( Still have BAMF setup)

If I buy a second Taco, (Thinking 2014/15 Unlimited for me when I am done with my sons build) I will pay whatever dollars it costs for an Autographed Homer Taco Satoshi!:D

Man, I've had my BAMF light mount on my truck for over a year and haven't put it to use yet. I've got a set of 4"and 7" HID's that have never been used. I think I'm going to let my gf keep them for her FJ A's just get me a lightbar. I find a guy down near Clemson that has great deals on them.

I was out this weekend with a buddy that had one of those light bars.. The light was bright, but why too much flood. I don't need to see 45 degrees left and right. I'll take a nice set of spots that light up 1/2 mile away. Still waiting for a light bar that mounts the lights in front of the grill and not in front of the bumper..

I gotta ask , whats the deal with the light bars?

I think they look ugly if not hidden..

Is this something that's mainly for function ?
    Or just 4wheeler jewelry ?

cause they don't look any brighter then normal lights?

You can use a 20 inch e series rigid behind the grille or in the lower cut. And D2s aimed outward to see more to the sides

I have the grille and SR 20" Amber combo inbound for the grill. I also have a 30" E series combo for the lower fairing under the bumper. Tight fit but can and will be done. Just waiting on the SR and the brackets to mount the 30". Getting ready to buy the SR-Q2 Hyperspots for inbound Hood Hinge brackets. Just waiting to get final price and availability from BenBacher (RI LED thread).

Not thinkning mine or your set up will just be "Jewlery" as mentioned above. I think I will have the right pattern to cover all bases up front. With the grill insert and brackets it integrates the Light Bars into the front end in my opinion and looks BA as well as sending a hell of a lot of lumens down range. I am just saying, to each their own and do what you like and fits in your budget.

The Rigid product is really nice but if you are looking for a cheaper way to mount them look at the Rigid bumper mounts. They are made to use the 30" SR light bar but I used a DR. Just make sure if you do a DR, take the bumper cover off and notch out the plastic carefully. You can very easily cut too much off and then it looks dumb.... don't ask me how I know that.

I want the grill and the 20" light !!!! But rigid only makes a grill for a 10" for my 2010
Maybe the 30" SR in the bumper is the way to go.

OK, got my 20" Amber SR yesterday for the LED grill, Have my SR-Q2s Hyperspots for the hood hinges and the 30" E-Series Combo ready for install below the bumber. Hopefully pictures this weekend of the sons front end.

After sticking the 20" in the RI Grill, I can't think of another way I would prefer this. Well manufactured and engineered. Only cost would be a deterring factor in my opinion. They just look great together. Thanks Rigid.

    Pics to follow...

I am told the 30" E series will fit but it takes some cuting and is tight. I bought it, and the RI Brackets to install there this weekend. I will let you know how it goes and just how "tight" it is. More lumens is always a plus.
