Exactly the same size. I've seen them in both places. I SHOULD have the tube mounts you need but I'm going in to check tomorrow.

    30 E-series does fit. 28" fits a bit better.

Are you looking for both that AND the 30" SR?

Hey Ben do you have any larger bars in hyperspot? If so I may want to check one out in person one of these days. Or a hyperspot combo, just gotta see what I can fit on my bumper when it gets here.

So you still think the hyper spot d2's will be better for me than the vision x cannons?

If I had to base it on any one thing, I'd buy a Rigid any day of the week over vision X solely on customer service. I can actually get Vision X lights at cost as well, I've just never found anyone that wants to pay more for less light. It may happen at some point, but it hasn't yet. If you're looking for a strictly distance light then yeah, you cant beat the D2 Hyperspot. I already quoted you right?

I've been watching a few other threads and talking with some other reps and sales people with Rigid and their affiliates and I feel I should put out a sort of fore-warning. Rigid is the largest name in LED lights, by a huge margin. They are a VERY deliberate and tactical company. They understand business better than almost all of their competitors and they know how to play the game. They have very specific patents on EVERY piece of gear that leaves their shop. When patents are infringed on, Rigid is VERY quick with their legal team to make sure the work they've pioneered stays with them.

Lets take a moment to talk about the RDS bar. Rigid announced this bar over a year ago, and it still has yet to come to a full release (we've done a 'soft release' on them and I even have a bunch on order). That's a long time to go from a finished light to release. Why, you ask? How many companies are now making a curved bar? How many of those same companies do you think are still going to be around when Rigid's legal department gets ahold of all the chinese knock-offs and sues the pants off of them for patent infringement?

My point is this, Rigid makes QUALITY stuff that they back with a QUALITY warranty. They don't skimp folks. And they're in this game to win it. And currently, they are doing just that. So even if a bar is literally hundreds of dollars cheaper, please, please do yourself a favor and buy a bar that will always be backed by an award winning team of people who continue to innovate and push the envelope of what you can do with a tiny diode of light. Rigid is not going anywhere. Good luck getting customer service help from a knock-off light bar company.
I LOVE customer service, if there is anything that either makes or breaks a deal for me, it's that. I, for years now, have gone into stores simply to study how they treat customers. Asking questions, browsing around, loitering essentially. The companies that were patient with me, and gave me the time of day and actually pursued me as a customer were the ones I went back to when I dropped 15k all at once on my truck. You'd be amazed how many shops I left without ever being greeted, or spoken to at all for that matter.

What I love about Rigid, is when I call down to Arizona, in the US of A, and Cheri picks up and directs my question to the appropriate party, I know my dilemma is going to be resolved. I will be called back promptly, I will be treated like a decent human being, and I will leave happy.

There's something to be said for that, and that same mentality is what I'm striving for with my own business. I'm not the type of person who gets all fired up in line or chews out a waitress, but I can't tell you how many times I've been frustrated watching those types of people have their problems met more quickly than I because of that very thing. It's easy to tune out the guy who isn't making waves right? Not in my book.

Paul (pepe68) is a perfect example of the type of customer I love. A month and a half with no word on his lightbar and the guy never once raised his voice (or used an exclamation point or caps lock;)). By all rights he had every right to be upset. There was a series of miscommunications between my distributor and Rigid and the bar was simply not ordered when I placed the order. I'd be willing to bet I spent over 15 hours on Paul's order alone. Constantly checking on statuses, bouncing around from salesperson to salesperson trying to find information on what went wrong and where and how to avoid it in the future, countless emails and pm's back and forth (actually I did count, we have 49 Pm's for his order), and MANY trips to my warehouse working with my distributor. And when we did finally get his order to him, we were able to thank him for his patience with MORE Rigid lights. Anyway, I say all that not to toot my own horn or pat myself on the back, but rather to illustrate what it is I'm trying to do for us.

These lights are expensive, yes, but they are not overpriced. This is a competitive market, but I TRULY believe Rigid has the best product line, customer service, and is backed by the best warranty in the business.

Anyway, I've rambled a bit but the point is, I'm here, hat in hand, saying honestly, please, please, do yourself a favor and when you're buying ANYTHING, buy it from someone who's got good people behind it. I do my very best to be completely honest with you guys and i genuinely love this community, and I intend on doing my very best to make sure I can meet all your needs when it comes to making your truck your own.

    Ben

So well said. As Ben is aware, I also sell Rigid (not on the scale of what Ben is doing) and every time I've talked to them via phone or email it's always been a pleasure working with them. Whether it's to track down the status of a PO, to get some display lights sent to me, or answer some technical questions, they are always there with an answer.

I sell other LED lighting products, but I push Rigid solely on the quality of their support before, during, and after purchase. I hope most people see the importance of that. It also doesn't hurt that they make an amazing product.

Also, I've never given rep points before so you just popped my cherry. I hope you feel special.

Thanks for the kind words Ben. If it hadn't been for the TLC, I would not have come back to him for more items. And now I find out yesterday that I will be rewarded for being polite and curtious even though I didn't have everything on my time line.

As I have told Ben, he is my LED guy now. He has earned my business and trust with nothing but honesty and customer service that is second to none. I am sure a few have seen me singing his praises here or on other threads. The only time he won't be my POC for automotive lighting is if he says he can't get it to me within the timeline I need it. So far that has happened only once and the other company I went to was more expensive but Ben had only good things to say. He easily could have said wait to see if I get the SR-Q2 Hyperspots in my order (which he did within the week) but instead he told me Sierra Expedition would take great care of me which they did. It speaks volumes that other competitors are giving praise for this guy and what he does for us on here.

Thanks once again and I look forward to sending you some more $ for my second order and then will be lining up for another JK unlimited and my new Limited Taco that has been ordered. As you are aware this ones for me, not my Son's so look out Rigid with your Lumen record, I coming for it.
