I'd second the D2s. A pair has so much light it's incredible. Even a single would be awesome for a quad.

A 20" bar mounted to a behind the grill light mount or a 10" Sr in the skewp. Or both?

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
i really like my 30" E in the front valance area

You can fit a 30" in your lower valence as is posted up above there, I'd recommend cutting the plastic out of there before hand though to avoid the grill look. All thats doing is blocking light and when its out it looks like the factory put that there. You can also get the 2012 grill insert and put an additional 20" in there at fairly low cost to yourself and it looks flippin sweet.

from an angle you notice the grill, but the 30" bar is plenty bright with it in place, and with it mounted so close there is no shadow or pattern that you can see in the beam. just for what its worth.

I did plan to cut mine, but im going to save it for if i ever sell the truck and im going to build a plate bumper one of these days

Yeah I figured you peobably wanted to be able to go back to stock at some point. Looks good though and yeah, I'm sure the light disruption is incredibly minimal.

Also, for what its worth at $7300 damage to the front of the truck the rigid did still work, but the lens was busted and the end of the case/mount was sheared. Pretty impressive. I wanted to re-use the busted light on my beater play truck but Toyota's body shop "put it in the scrap bin" i didnt complain too much since it was replaced by insurance and i was afraid i was going to have to eat the cost.

this was also parked under a street light.

The Rigid is not as bright up close as a china bar i had, but it has a much better range. Just like a maglite vs a walmart flashlight

Thats the lens technology rigid has at work. Chances are the chinese company has already been sued by rigid for patent infringement on the lensing. Most folks know better now but that is what seperates the different companies. Vision X is technically BRIGHTER, but far less effective at range. WHAT ARE YOU BUYING A LIGHT BAR FOR IF NOT TO LIGHT UP AS FAR AS POSSIBLE?!?
