Has anyone installed these?

Here's the link to them

so I bought a set of the Rigid industry's factory fog light replacement kits, this afternoon I was trying to install an was having a difficult time getting the mount to work as they show in the instructions.
Has anyone done this and if so do you have any advice for instal.
