i am looking at purchasing some Pro Comp Rock Crawler steelies but I can't figure out what will work on my new Tacoma. 2009 4x2 reg. cab with 215/70r15's

i currently have a 5 bolt 5x4.5 bolt pattern and i am looking at the Pro Comp 52-5765 but they have back spacing options of 3.75, 2.5 or 4.5 and i am not sure what will fit my truck. i would like a little wider stance and was wondering if this refers to the stance or how far the wheel sticks out of the wheel well? and how much back space my model will tolerate.

they are also 15x7 and my current rim is a 15x6.
will a 235/75r15 fit this rim?
I am looking at the Good Year Duratrac.
