Trying to decide between 265 75 16s or 285 75 16. Possibly 275 70 16. Looking at cooper discoverer or In the 265 75 16...installing bilstien5100 setting at 1.75. For down travel... sway bar bracket diff and skid plate 1inch spacer then aal in back full length not shorts. Thinking Fox 3 inch lift shocks Rio account leaf and help the bounce trying to tow my 24 foot angler and a ton of pellets at a time.. truck doesn't see much of road but I deff play when it snows and dts wondering what offset id need to run and rim with looking for black rims for the 285s but hesitant to have to chop cab mounts and lose front mud flaps. Any info or links I'd really appreciate thanks guys

You'll need a negative offset wheel for the fatty tires to keep them off your uca's.

with only 1.75" of lift in the front, your most likely going to have to do major trimming, lose mud flaps, and possibly CMC. From what ive read, it seems an 8" wide rim with 4.5" of backspacing will give you the most clearance you need to run 285's. Im running a 16x8 procomp 7089 with 4.5" of backspacing and 265/75/16 Duratracs. I plan on moving up to 285's in the near future and will probably still have quite a bit of trimming with OME 885x coils and 5100's at 0" in the front and wheelers 1.5" progressive AAL in the rear. Check my build for pics, hope this helps
