-25 offset wow! that's a really beefy stance my friend! all kidding aside you should have no issues with 265's clearing the UCA's and cab mount...With my set up...17x9 with -12 offset 285/70/17's with 3"lift I had to remove the front flaps...Minimal rubbing in reverse at full lock which I took care of by pushing back the front liner and securing them...no cmc or trimming required...

You might just slightly rub the mud flaps. -25 mm offset will be about 2 1/8" further out than factory. Not trying to disuade you, just info. The further out the wheels, the more stress on the wheel bearings.

I have that size tire also. On factory wheels they fit fine. My wheels have 0 offset and the corners of the tires rubbed a small part on the mud flap. Then I lifted the front 1.75 and that solved it.

Oh, and I removed the front air dams in front of the tires.

yea i wanted a simple 5 star wheel and scs f5 is it. with the lift i think im gonna have to cut the mud flap a lil bit so it still works and protects the paint cause the tires gonna throw stuff everywhere.

another thing to note is I had to purchase special extended thread lug nuts so they would grab on to the wheel studs safely...
