2009 tacoma prerunner

I recently put nitto terra grapplers on my tacoma the size is 265/7516 with the stock 16x7 wheels but I want new wheels what wheel size would look good with those tires would I still have to get a 16x7 wheel or could I go with a 16x9 or higher wheel I just want to see if it will fit and look good if anyone could me with this it will really be helpful
