Hi all I am new to this forum and have searched the forum and have not found an answer to my question (although I am sure it is out there)

I have a 2017 TRD sport and I am in the process of installing a 3" lift. I would like to run 285/70/17... My question is do I need an offset. I have heard some guys running a -12 offset and have no rubbing or clearance issues, other guys have said they use a 1.5" spacer. I would prefer to not use a spacer, so is any one running a similar set up and if so what are the specs on your rims? thx
