Looks like 3 inches from ground to inside base ..here's a pic of it on the truck.I will surely need better nuts than short acorn nuts ..which type would be best on the ones in pic? That extended acorn type?
An the inside pic is better too ..
Does that look like it will clear on turns.

Great news! Went to a tire specialty shop I know that sells custom wheels an they did the EXACT measuring an yes it fits snug with spacer ...Toyota offset measure 25 ..they measured it with their tools at 15-25 offset
I need to decide weather to use long acorn type or another type on lugs..old short acorn.wont work..an they will be covered by the cap ....
Should I look at anything else ? Besides how it does turning
See pics..measures 72.56 on plastic hub ring,..Does it go on 1st then the rim as in last pic ?

Thanks .an am I better off with the fatter lug nuts vs the skinny ones so as to seat it better?

I do get more turns with the skinnier one I'm pointing to on rim .. but less lip

I can't tell from the photos what seat for the lugnuts those wheels require, but you need to.make sure you use the correct ones - mag, acorn, cone, whichever they are. The Tacoma is a hub-centric design, and with the very small size of your spacers, any slop or incorrect fit on the lugnuts is asking for catastrophic failure while you're driving.
