Goodness it's difficult to figure out what rims would be good on this truck. So many horror stories of wheel shake and caliper clearance. I'm asking you guys since your the pros- the shops just want my money and aren't much help.

I'm looking for a simple off-road style rim - it's a 5lug, currently has 215 75/15 on it and I want to go up in tire size a little. Not a lot. I'm going to put a minor (maybe 1-2 inch) lift to accommodate. But I want alloy rims like my old eagle alloys from my 89 pickup.

    Any suggestions?

That is a tough one. I did some research and thru trial and error got some 7089's for mine and they worked with no rubbing calipers with 0 offset but I have heard that these don't always work which is weird. Beat thing I can say to do is get a shop to spin diff wheels on both sides of the front to see what clears the calipers. Several sets rubbed til I tried these. I got 4wp to fit mine and no probs so far. Hope this helps cause I went thru the same thing u r now. Cheers.

Thanks! I like the idea of having a shop spin some on there, appreciate the reply.
