    i wanted to paint my rims what the cheapest way???? i wanted to paintem black...

    get some rustoleum black satin spray paint and some black primer. before u start tht though, u have to sand off the rims first. It should be about 10 dollars for all tht

    will the paint stick or will it chip???

    also do i have to the rustoleum automotive paint or dont matter as long as it for metal right???

    It will stick. I applied three coats of the spray paint after the primer. It hasnt chipped. And the spraypaint tht i used was just normal paint not automotive

    Just go onto my profile and go to my pictures. I have a pic of the spraypaint i used and u use around 220 grit sandpaper

    ok just trying to save some money......

    but when i paint my x runner rims im gonna use duplicolor is that the best??? the rim paint and clear???

    the guy that let me kno what to get is on here too...Zeeya2000. he has pictures on one of his threads of the spraypaint and primer he used plus pics of his rims afterward. I jus did it the way he told me to. Go check it out if u want more than one opinion
