If I were to replace my steel stock rims with new rims the same size would I be able to use the same tire ? Also could I use the same tire sensors ?

Tires yes, assuming the wheels are the same size 16,17 etc. Likely you can use the sensors as well. I've heard some aftermarket wheels have to have sensors with a certain angle or something along those lines.

    Thanks
I was thinking of getting some Used OEM rims . They seem to be cheaper and look pretty good , in my opinion

I just just installed some new aftermarket wheels and the shop didn’t have 4 new sensors so they used my old ones from my stock SR5 wheels. No issues so far.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Been through this. If your new rims are to be steel, then perhaps the old sensors will be compatible. If you are going to cast rims then new sensors will likely be required.

Steel rim tpms can be used in alloy rims but need to be turned around. There is another part for the tpms that fits the alloy rim. Also different lug kits too. Just make sure that the rim offset is the same so that no rubbing occurs.
