stay away from river view toyota and their service director and advisors. they are all a bunch of crooks. they will try and charge you fees, for what they call a pre-diagnosis, even if you carry the toyota customer care extended warranty.

i choose to take my warranty related work, elsewhere in the future after dealing with a horrible experience from these crooks! they never did any work like they said on my vehicle and to this day, i still have the same issues.

well started out with a list of about 4 or five items, two of them being tsbs. was told only after i was charged one of the tsbs didnt fall under my vin, the engine tick issue and the other rear leaf springs tsb. the rear leafs, they wouldnt do anything unless theres a mechanical failure.

also found out the tsb was done prior by the 1st owner but yet they still charged me and didnt really seem like they did anything but run my vin.

For Toyota dealers in Arizona I norm use Power Toyota for any of my customers parts,I also take my truck there for warranty work when needed.

i've found Big 2 to be even better than power, however power has never steered me wrong. I just like the service advisors at big 2 better.

    good luck

I haven't been to big 2 before, but power toyota has always been pretty fair and reliable IMO.
