6 sided 35mm socket. There's some 19mm heads, 17mm heads, and internal torx bolts. You'll want all new seals.

For the switch, I decided to try and make it as clean as possible, so I drilled a hole in bottom of the factory switch blank, and ran the wiring for the switch down through there. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out

Also regeared the front clamshell to 4.10s that i got out of a wrecked Reg cab 4wd 4cylinder. Truck feels so much more solid now with 4wd back. As usual, @Texoma did a stellar job and even went the extra mile to swap my ADD/diff tube to my new diff. Really appreciate all your hard work and for working me into your schedule brother! :hattip:
    FullSizeRender.jpg

The new diff and my old diff puked 75w90 and 85w140 all over my bed, so i gotta figure out the best way to clean that up.. Suggestions?

@05Taco4x4 i think you have an auto fj case with a single stick behind your r155f so maybe you can help me..

Is it normal when the case is in the 4high position for the shifter to be able to float around a little bit from left to right? Or does yours lock into place?

I honestly couldn't tell you, I've only used 2HI and 4LO (I only need it on the sand here).
I can say that I initially installed the shifter wrong into the spring and when shifting down to 4HI (on way to 4LO) it would swing over to the right, instead of stay left.

I'd say check that you've installed the shifter in the spring correctly, also possible your spring needs replacing.
