I ordered one of the matt black hood decals from RLM sign group over a month ago and haven’t received it yet.
They keep telling me they will get it in the mail but never do. Just excuses about how busy and hectic its been for them I’ve been patient but it’s getting
to the point of ridiculous. Stated they were sorry for the delay and would get it sent out this past Saturday but i haven’t seen it yet.

Just ask them to refund the money. That’ll make them ship.

You have waited over a month ago? Breathe deeply, again and again.

If they give you false tracking numbers, that is one thing.

I would easily understand if that if was relayed to me but it wasn’t. If I had been told they were out of stock on the material ok but that wasn’t the case.

Littlier companies sometimes don't know what they will be doing from week to week.
They do their best. Even our $300M company, in these times, miss our delivery.
We have simple parts that cost $20 coming in that were ordered in February.... 2021. Supply chains suck right now.

    Oh look, another mod....

Did you pay by credit card? If so, dispute the charge. Once you're refunded, they'll sit up and take notice. I've had to do this with a couple vendors in the past. When they're impacted financially, they'll give you the attention that you want.

    Hi all,
I know this is an old thread but it was just shared with me and I wanted to get the info out there Incase anyone is interested. I'm the owner of RLM Sign Group. I am a one man show. I work an 11 hour day 5 days a week at my normal job and do all my sign work after hours and weekends to help survive the high costs of living in New York. Since I am a one man shop, all design, fabrication, install, packing and shipping etc is all done by me. It's not easy to juggle family, work and a business when all duties are for one person to fulfill. As I am sure, many of you, deal with the same concerns. I apologize if the wait or the communication is not always where it should be. All intentions are always there, but sometimes when you have to juggle so many things, it's hard to stay focused on just one. I was reluctant to offer these hood decals for this exact reason. It started as I wanted to help out one person which led to others and because of the demand and my love as well for my Tacoma, I decided to sell them so all here could enjoy them. Since covid, supply issues is definitely a hurtle. I do may best to keep material in stock to be able to accommodate for the times the manufacturer falls months behind. At the moment alot of Avery brand vinyls are a minimum of 90 days out. Luckily I have secured a few rolls. Since covid, Costs of materials have increased, cost to bring in the materials have increased and shipping costs to your door just about doubled. And yet my prices have only seen 2 small increases since this was started back in 2018. All orders are done through PayPal business so you the consumer will be protected. I hope if anyone comes across this thread, that my post can help ease your concerns about rlm sign group. Looking forward to continue to help the Tacoma enthusiast and the Tacoma world community. If anyone has any questions please feel free to message me on f.b, or email. rlmsigns@gmail.com. Thank you

Good on you. There are too many consumers out there that do not understand how a business, of any size, works. The definitely do not understand supply chain. Good luck and keep going!

How long are these decals realistically supposed to last? I got mine over 3 years ago and it’s pretty degraded. I wasn’t great with treating it so that’s probably my fault. I’ve tried 303 so far and it still looks like it’s stained along all the edges. Probably time for a replacement.
