After about 5 days of letting the paint cure, I finally got it all put back together and installed into the truck :D

Installed my own bumpers from HD for the top compartment. Work great!

Looks good. I really like this and would like the extra space and actual cup holders. Hmm. I might do this soon.

Rustoleum High Performance Enamel. Sand or wire brush as far to the bare material as you can, clean, then spray. No need for primer, as you can see that's what screw up two of my wheels when I first tested it out.

Is that flat black or does it only come in one finish?

How are they holding up? I know it's only been a little while but can you tell if it's going to last?

It's flat black. And IIRC, there is a wide variety in finish and colors.

So far they are pretty good. Today I noticed two small spots along the "rim" where I need to touch up. I'm not sure if it got rubbed off from the time I touched em up or if I just missed those spots during that time :notsure:

about the two chrome pieces on the front bumper. When you paint/plasti dip them do you just do it on the bumper or is there a way to remove them??

There's four (I think) small bolts, behind the filler attached to the valence, that hold each piece in place.

If you look at the driver's side in this photo below you can three of the holes... and the fourth is in the corner by the fender flare

Dyed the front bumper/valence. After failing at removing the whole thing, I found out it was easier to just mask it off as I did :D

    Looks much better now!

Truck looks great man. You have given me a couple of ideas for my truck like derping the door handles and gas door key hole. I have always used tire shine on my bumper and fender flares to make them come back to black but it only lasts a couple weeks. Do you think that vynal dye you used will hold up well?

So I had two used Magnaflow 14" mufflers sitting around for quite a while. I ended up selling both of em to two members on TW. Today, I went and bought one of the same exact ones I had, except it's brand new and never used from a guy locally

Decided to swap it with my current Flowmaster 40. Will get to that hopefully sometime this week.

Awesome! Yea I couldn't really notice a big difference between the two while I was researching. I found a deal locally that was at a pretty good price so I jumped on it :D

Oh and do you actually mean "out" the bedside?
