RMZ or YZF Help Me Decide!!!!

Okay so I have a 2002 yz250f right now have been looking to upgrade for a while and have always had my eyes on a suzuki RMZ. One its lighter with the aluminum frame (Ride track here and there), I wouldnt have the compression release anymore and I hear suzuki handles the best out of all bikes. I have been always waiting around for a killer deal to pop up and I believe I found it.

Someone is selling a 2005 RMZ250 with a 290 Athena bore kit, pro circuit exhaust on it and supposedly RG3 suspension which I wont know until I see the bike tonight if those are real or just stickers BUT! he was a killer price to the degree that I could sell my 2002 and it will completely cover the cost of me buying this newer bike.

My hard decision is I dont know much about the suzukis and there reliability so I wanted to see if anyone can chime in and give me some insight if you think this is a good deal to grab. USE THE POLL!
