Road noise in 2016 Tacoma Access cab

The noise was measured at 113 db's .

Toyota has been TERRIBLE! Offering nothing but lies and their head in the sand.
My dealer tried to help by tearing out my interior in the rear by removing the carpet and rear seats and foamed it and the cheap vents with foam.
Truck is better but still very poor to the 2016 F150 I just put 8,000 miles on and the Toyota is going to be sold off but first Toyota will see a full page of free press about the truck and it's POOR quality
I'm spending a 1,000 or two in the Oregon newspaper.

Still upset about the truck.
Toyota has their head in the sand and won't admit or say there is even a problem.

The dealer says it is horrible and 3 people at the dealership (service manager and service writer and head tech.) all said it is bad but Toyota FLAT lies says they talked to the dealer and them and there
field rep says there is no issue or no repair.

The dealer knows there is a big issue and against Toyota who said make no repair.
Pulled my rear in interior and applied 1/2 foam to the cab and rear vent.
Truck is still not driven by me and sucks compared to the 1016 F-150 I put 7700 miles on last month.
Plus my 2015 GMC and the 2016 F150 are way more quiet and frankly better trucks.

I have been treated very poor by Toyota who if they don't call me back will see a newspaper ad.

 

In your other thread, you said you got a lawyer and put 10k on retainer?

You are obviously very very unhappy with it.

And you have had the truck for almost 6 months now.

And you still own it ?

If it were me I would have to look at myself in the mirror and say self am I really this stupid for keeping something that I hate.

113db's huh? how did you measure that? and under what circumstances?
If I had 113db's of road noise in the cab I think I would have caught that in a test drive.
With your two other trucks why dont you just sell this one? or do you like to whine?
Really your not going to get any sympathy here especially from 2016 owners.

Why post up then BOZO! Just move on! The 113 was measured with a decibel meter at 40 mph with the meter in the rear seat area. Test drive was with another truck not the one I bought.
Now I found out The Toyota Company has no integrity what so ever. Enjoy your truck.
Mines going back or I'll sell it.

you deserve the 113db you little prick.

 

You come to an open public forum and whine about your problem over and over again, what do you expect.

Calling people a jerk when they are only being honest with you is not helping to get your problem fixed. Actually at this point, the fact that you have put this in 3 different threads, I think you are just trolling the 3rd Gen section like many others are doing.
