    Check build thread!
Coldest I've felt was around the -35c mark. My parents were fairly seriously into snowmobiling, and have been up that way. Now taking it on in a truck? That's a different story. That's why I was more optimistic about the April- June area. Problem is, being a student who also races professionally (endurocross) I don't exactly have big chunks of time. What I do have, is some sponsors I may be able to rope into this for the financial side of things... but that's another worry for another day.

you're in! I know you're the type that doesn't want to wait forever either, so with that I'm game to set it in stone a date for no later than July 31st to August 25th 2023.

I feel like setting a hard date/ time frame first for people that are interested to let them more easily commit to the trip. planning a 1-2 month trip isn't exactly as easy as walking up to your boss and asking for that long of a vacation...
I guess a person limit should be a thing, don't want to show up to a gas station in the middle of nowhere and be able to only fuel 3 trucks. So for now, setting a limit of 7 trucks unless we think that is too big or too small, could always break it apart as 2 trip groups.

    2022-2023 trip interested:

    1. @Shveet
    2. @Windigo
    3.
    4.
    5.
    6.
    7.

(please dont register if you're not at least 80% in the mindset of going. the interested list usually clogs up with people that are 50/50 maybe and usually flake or just forget about the trip entirely.)

I'm a Yankee so if the borders are open - I'd say I'm at 75% chance I would be in for that time.

The timing works out for when we might be moving and wife starting a new job so it would make sense in theory I could take a few extra weeks off.

we intend to leave from Toronto as a group and work our way up but a route hasn't been confirmed as of yet. if we bump into each other on the road then sure we can convoy up but otherwise...

I would say 2023 is a best bet for now, 2022 is still going to suck.

I'd be coming from new England most likely so tag up in Toronto would make sense.

It looks like depending on the move timing - I would likely break off in Edmonton to head south from there instead if heading further east back to Toronto. Or if I'm moved before that, that might be where I'd tag up for the north leg. There's 18 months for it all to shake out so I don't want to set a plan in stone yet but that's my thoughts now.

Something I read about for people taking long trips with others.
Since you will most likely be with people that you don’t know their medical history or medication they might be on. By putting this information in an envelope and having it available encase something happens, you can hand this to the Dr or medical personnel.

Put this information in an Envelope with your name on it, to be used only if needed and it was suggested a copy in your wallet.

I normally have people give me a sealed envelope to keep in my truck or trailer, which will be returned when that person leaves the group. If the person decides to keep the information in their vehicle, I then request that you tell me and one other person where this information will be kept.

    -Name:

-Vehicle, make / model / License plate number encase we or EMT’s have to look for medicine:

    -Home Address:

    -Emergency Contact (name & phone#):

    -Doctor Contact (name & phone#):

    -your Pharmacy:

    -copy of your insurance card:

-Known medical conditions (like 1 kidney, etc):

    -Blood type:

-Medicine you take, dosage and how often, maybe even a photo of the label:

-Do you have a passed EKG information you can add, could help as a baseline ?

    -What are you allergic too;
    Medicine:
    Food:

-Anything your Doctor might want to add?

-Prior medical history: sicknesses, operations, family history (cancer, heart problems etc.
