Just a word of warning about O'Reilly alternators. They're not noted for their quality. I've seen a number of them DOA right out of the box. Get your entire charging system checked.

This is copy and paste from the web.

At 12.4 volts the battery is considered 75% charged and can still ignite your engine. When the battery voltage lowers to 12.2 volts without the engine running, it is considered a bad battery that may start your engine but is no longer capable of holding a charge.

Good idea to hold to the battery.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I sure would if you have a local auto electric shop. Do it yourself for the learning experience if there is anything wrong.

I feel better knowing you can keep an eye on things.

Have a good visit and safe trip home.

The problem with rebuilt / remanufactured components is that they're only as good as the process that's used to rebuild / remanufacture them - which is rarely as good as the process used to originally build them. (If you think most rebuilders are using factory parts, you'd be very wrong.) While I trust a Toyota remanufactured part - only sold through Toyota dealers - I don't trust most parts store remanufactured stuff.

So, should you get your original alternator rebuilt? I'd recommend that you get a Toyota remanufactured unit and use yours as the core.
