Yeah I'm definitely the same way. For about a year Ill be in and out of the Roanoke area but wanted to try and revive this group before I settle back down. Would be nice to have a group of people willing to help each other out with information or assistance. Wheeling of course as well.

Anybody know of a local shop that could recharge my Icon coil overs with nitrogen? Getting ready to rebuild them and that is the missing piece I need to figure out. Thanks

 

Hey Gentlemen, I'm over in the Lynchburg area and roll out to Roanoke/Salem every now and then.

I'd like to know if anyone is willing to help me do a couple things to my truck. I busted out a parking sensor on my bumper by letting a dirt bike fall into it and would really appreciate some help replacing it; I already got the part and I'm willing to compensate for your time however--cash, lunch, beer, whatever.

May need a hand with a couple other simple installs too.

Also, if anyone rides motorcycles, especially dual sports, and wants to ride sometime, let me know.

 

Forgot to mention I also have a like new K&N Air Filter for 3rd Gen Tacomas and cloth floor mats in good condition. Anyone able to help me out can have those too.

Hey Craig, I live up in Madison Heights not far from the Monroe Post Office but spend a few days a week at Liberty so I'm in Lynchburg often. I got a magnetic grey '16 TRD Sport DCSB. Just got it late last year down in FL. I see a lot of Tacomas around here.

No motorcycles since I was a teenager. I grew out of them after burying the needle on a ZX11 Ninja on Wards Road one night.

 

Air Defense, 14 series. In the reserve now after about 12 years of active duty.

I used to ride a CBR600 F4i but grew out of race bikes years ago. Ride adventure bikes and dual sport types now.

I have a 2016 Sport manual trans DCSB that I may be willing to sell

 

Right at 60k miles and in great condition overall; clean, smoke and pet free interior, good mods, and never taken off-road; very new wheels and tires, etc. O yea, loaded with every option and upgrade except leather seats. We can talk price if you're interested but somewhere around 30k

 

What trails you guys like to hit nearby? Im in Roanoke.

 

I'll be in Roanoke for Thanksgiving and want to do some car camping in the general area (1-2hrs).

Does anyone have any recommendations for dispersed camping in the GWNF? I didn't see anything on iOverlander.
