Roaring road noise at 60 mph..

Wheel bearings are a fairly straight forward job that can be done with hand tools and in your driveway. Also it probably wouldn't hurt to grease all the fittings that you can find on the truck including the driveshaft.

 

It's probably the left bearing then.

 

Get a quote from a local shop. Dealers will always hose you.

You can do the bearings yourself if you or a buddy has a press.

 

You can get it done cheaper at a smaller place, if you need to.
