Not sure he's your "little" friend... but he sure looks happy to see you. Make sure that magazine is fully seated, with a few quick tugs...

What we have here is the I work at Simplot special, my entire work wardrobe is Men"s Warehouse, my console has Preparation H and Advil. I'd like to think i'm going to get into this whole over-landing thing, but lawn care season takes priority in the summer. The type of guy that think's he's a lawn guru, but still uses a rotary mower instead of a reel mower. I'm 45 and weekends are for Duluth Flex Fit pants and NB shoes and a shirt with some white trash vacay logo like Hard Rock Las Vegas. I want my neighbors to know that I went, but like my truck nothing exciting happened there. I didn't do any lines of coke, rent a lambo get blasted I did the typical middle aged guy stuff like visiting the Hoover Dam.

The dead giveaway for all this is the front spoiler.

Can we take a second to appreciate that hideous vase. At least he and the wife share the same horrible taste.

I had thought I'd seen it all, especially of late - looting, toilet paper hoarding, gas shortages, dogecoin...the whole nine yards.

Yet here we have someone with a bone stock 2017 Tacoma, while you've been cruising TW since January. To have not succumbed to this site's level of heroin-like addiction of spending your life savings on mods, you're either completely insane or have the reserve of an oak.

He’s like my aunt. He’s probably been married six times (once secretly, but we found out) with two of them being to the same guy. Can’t make a decision to save his life. Carbon fiber hood? Interested, thinking about it. Bigger wheels? Thinking about it. “Researching aluminum skid plate?” Thinking about it. Can’t believe he went through with it and created a login on the site. Seems like a big decision with permanent implications.

I’d keep the blinds closed too, Rat Daddy, so I didn’t have to see a material representation of my inadequacies from my bedroom.

(But if that gets you hard as oak, Wisco, so be it.)

Another "but bro, I need 4x4 to get around in the snow..." trucks. No you don't. Your mom drove fine in the blizzard of '74 with her rusted out vista cruiser. If you cant manage a little bit of snow in 2WD, you suck at driving.

Just acknowledge it for what it really is. You bought this to impress the cute carhop who is currently saving up for tuition at the local Sonic, and you're attempting to reenact the movie American Beauty. Too bad you can't impress shit with a boring-ass truck. You even got the most common boring ass color. Your midlife crisis mobile has a complete lack of imagination, which isnt all that surprising. I bet the highlight of your daily social interaction is when you heartily chuckle at the midafternoon "Hey doug, workin hard or hardly working?" You used that joke 14 times this month already, give it a rest!

You need an intervention before you finally snap a gasket upstairs. Best case scenario is that someday soon and without warning you are going to drain the 401k and completely disappear until two years later your family's exhaustive search finds you in Barbados living in a shack without electricity and working as an alcoholic bartender with your two mistresses. But the worst case, and far more likely, is that you are just going to become the sad-sack William H Macy character in Fargo, unsuccessfully trying to recoup your gambling debts.

I love this image... gets in truck, warms it up, starts backing up, makes it about 3 feet before he thinks... "Oh shit, I'd better get a photo of this epic snow storm. Finally, something to post on the gram!"
