    Today I went to Lytle Creek with 3 of 4 kids. I promised them a trip to see some snow and they did. Great day for them. That's what matters most to me.

    Rob, quick question for you. I am picking up a set of CBI skids from a buddy of mine. He has already primed and painted them.
    As they have been on his truck for a year, I figured I would hit them with another coat of paint.

    you used that Steel-It paint. How has that held up for you? Do you think it would be a good choice as a top coat for something that has already been sprayed.

    sorry for the delay. been really busy working.

    Steel It is pricey but holds up better than paint. Racers use it for their frames in lieu of powder coat. My front springs and gas tank skid are sprayed with it and still look the same. my buddy told me that painting the rusty king coils i had would flake...months later.. still same.
