I'll send the base extension dxf your way next time I make it to the office, but do to the way the FROR twin sticks are made the only option you have to extend the shift tangs is to cut them and weld a piece in to lengthen them.

Take them apart and rtv the shit out of them. Even pull that bolt out and seal it. Otherwise they leak like crazy.

Changed all my fluids out to amsoil tonight. Also through on my Km2s until the next trip. However the highlight of tonight is my poor mans tie rod mod to gain strength in them. Took some 7/8" x .120 Wall Dom tubing and cut it to match the lengths of my "longest" freshly aligned tie rods (7"). Then I cut the tubing in half and cut one of the halfs to the other length (6 5/8) and welded it to them.

Only done a few minor things lately. Fixed the frame and gusseted it were the lower links tie into it. Also figured out how to make cruise control work with the aftermarket steering wheel. Also replaced the boots on my cv axles.

Soooo I just stumbled on this.. can't believe I didn't see it earlier. sub'd.

What can you tell me about the TSLs? I was thinking about a set of those or IROKs in a 36x13 for winter wheeling.

They are a bit heavy, especially with steel beadlocks. I haven't wheeled with these in the winter yet but in everything else they hook up really well. They are also extremely tough. It also took a little getting used to the flat spots due to bias ply but after a month or so of driving on them you get used to it haha.
