Ordered new power steering pump and pulley to bump line pressure up to 1600 psi. Also building new tie rods using inner heim and outer ball joints with a piece of Dom tube. Next thing in steering to replace is the rack with solo motorsports tundra rack when mine goes down

Yes, a lot beefier but also far from bolt on. You need a stronger pump and need to cut your frame to weld in new bolt barrels to mount the rack. Maybe more

I'm just going to wait and see how the seals last in the current rack before I make that purchase though

May try and local source my own '07 Tundrack before then and assist/copy your install instructions.

Can the factory feed line handle the extra pressure?

Not sure? I am going to get a hydrolic line made for the jic fitting to whatever the rack fitting is so I will have a 3000psi line

Do you know if any tundra p/s pumps could be swapped out with a Tacoma pump?

What's a TC style pump? Have you got yours from TG yet and how did it bolt up?

I got it but haven't bolted it up yet. Psc doesn't make a pully for the 4.0 any more so I found a 6 rib pulley made by trail gear and I'm currently waiting on new belts to show up before I start tearing into it.
As far as the tc style pump I'm not to sure but that is the "style" pump Toyota, Suzuki and others use.
