In prep for dezert szn & hammers:
I made a custom chase bar housing that uses 6” oval leds. Added a programmable flash pattern module to the white & orange.

Might test the waters if there is interest in producing more

I made these first brackets to fit to a 1.75 tube bar either welded on vertically or horizontally pointed backward.
I need to get opinions but maybe I need to make a generic bracket for users choice to cut, bend, weld or bolt wherever they prefer
    IMG_2921.jpg
For me, i will be putting it on the cross tube I have for my rear shock hoops. Next year it will move to a new bar at the roof line when the cab cage is complete

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

Have you figured out a good way to do bellows?

I've just been running OEM bellows the I cut a little shorter and zip tied to the clevis.

I tack welded 4 spots around the edge of the Clevis (closest to the rack) to provide a ridge so the bellows/zip tie wouldn't slip off.

Not sure if that makes any sense.

I made tabs to bring them back off the radiator support, and get a flat area of the hood.

Still need to reinforce them by making a piece that goes from the tab over to the fender.

But ran out of day light. They're adjusted and everything, I'll just feel better with those reinforcements... also need to tack the tear in the radiator support on the driver side lol.

    Here's how they look.

Modelo in honor of National Beer Company day today.

I'll take pictures of under hood when I get a chance.

Bit rusty now because I forgot what paint is:bananadead: but heres my take.
Corner gussets with some thik-ish sheet and use existing bolt holes

I installed the latches first then lined up the holes and drilled for the pins after. Easy adjustments after that
