I went with sos concepts, got the wrong size. Waiting for the right ones to show up that they said they were building but they haven’t answered any email yet.

My Taco is 2019 TRD Off Road. 4Wheelparts sliders don't fit Gen3 apparently. Does anyone know of anyone in Tucson making sliders?

Might be worth putting an order in with avid and driving to pick them up. I really like the owner, cool ass dude. Even gave me his personal number.

Yup. Brandon Harrop is very helpful. I've got the sliders on order. He's out about 4 weeks right now, but not a big deal. And when I pick up I'll get a chance to swing by CZ Custom and see what they've got in stock.

I have a set of Avid frame bolt on sliders and have been really happy with them. They did the install, super easy to work with.

Folks seem to have nothing but good things to say about AVID and Brandon. And yeah, when I pick them up he'll do the install at no charge.

I want to give a big shout out to Brandon Harrop over at Avid Off-Road in Mesa. He did a fabulous job with my sliders. The quality is excellent. Since I am local he installed them also. He's busy, so give hime a little time.

Those look great !! I have a set ordered as well from avid. I have the same tires as you so will look pretty much the same. I am having the top plates installed. Are those powder coated are painted ? Are they the bolt to frame ones? Thanks

Appreciate all the kind words about Avid.
I'll be sure to pass on the kudos to Brandon.

Has anyone else had a not-so-great experience with Avid? I ordered and paid for rock sliders from them July 2 per recommendations from guys here, and because they're local. Still haven't received them after being told about the 4 week lead time. Week 8 is here, and I've called several times for updates, and all I get is "well...ya...looks like just a few more welds...and they'll be ready..." Zero sense of urgency from both Brandon and another guy I spoke with. Hope their work is better than their customer service.

I messaged Ryan on Instagram and his prices seem very reasonable and seems to be a good guy.

he does welded and I originally wanted bolt but I am not opposed to the welded ones

he has option of mig or tig weld. For those that had him do the sliders did you pay the extra for tig or just go mig?

Please PM me with your order #. I know that we've been held back and I have been giving a 7 week quote do to steel deliveries and powder delays.

    Thanks

As I recall I was quoted 4 or 5 weeks, in early July. I wasn't in a hurry. I did email him a couple of times. I think it was about 7 weeks when he emailed me to come and get 'em (and he'd install them). I believe the delay was with the powder coat shop. Anyway, I was happy. I consider it a positive sign that at least one guy is busy with this not so great economy we've had jammed down our throats by the politicians.

We try to keep it all at a max of 7 weeks if PC is involved. The last few months have seen lots of challenges but Brandon and Tanner keep pushing to get orders out.
We appreciate the business and will continue to push orders and offer the discount to TW members.

Please contact me with any issue as I cannot promise Brandon responds to every email request for an ETA or status. We have a new website in the works and hopefully a better way to provide status updates to people.

    Thanks
