J - if you are going to run a rear sway bar I highly that you mock it up while you are doing the 3 link ...I am finding it almost impossible to add one now. Between the short bed, bump cans, bed cage and pan hard mount there just is not enough room to cycle it :/

Good looking out dude. I had planed it into my build, but never took the panhard bar mount into consideration. That'll give something to focus on while I'm designing my brackets. I owe you a beer next time I see you.

A bumper I build over last weekend. It's hard to see but the their are filler panels on the sides. Lights pictures are not the lights it was designed for, just some spares I had floating around

I would like a quote on how much that bumper would cost me. Weld on and bolt on and on the skid plate I would like air holes.

I also will have a completed bumper for sale in a week or two that was built for another customer.

Hey Jason, any chance you have used this? It's basically legos for tube bending. I wanna build new front and rear bumpers for my 2016, but didn't want to CAD it out. I think seeing it in real life and adjusting on the fly would provide a more creative result.

I have used those to build a few twin scroll turbo manifolds in the past, but as far as bumpers go I wouldn't use it. A little too time consuming and it's all being bent from one piece, not being built using various Sch 40 tubing pieces and pie cuts like the manifolds are

It could definetly be done that way, but I usually just start with a big peice of wire and go from there. In the past on very intricate cromoly stuff, I've just started with a cheap piece of hrew tubing figured out my angles and threw my bends in it. From their you can cut it down or extend it till you get what you need. If you mark all your bends right it will give you all the measurements you need for your final layout on your Dom tubing

I'm also guessing you're gonna bring trying to contour it around the bottom your grill on the 2016. If so bending tubing pieces on the same Bender/die you'll be using for your final main hoop will also show you how tight of offsets and back to back bends that your Bender will be capable of

Cool. Granted it would be cool to build the whole thing. But I agree, it would be really nutty to assemble. Especially something as large a bumper.

Thanks for the explanation. When I am ready to some bumper, I'll be sure to hit you up. Thanks again!

Man I'm really loving your work. Those sliders you build that tuck up close to the body are of some of the best I've seen. What would you charge for a bolt on set with and without kick out?

Sorry I wasn't able to reply back. Working in bishop during the week right now. So all my after work time has been spent in the mountains fishing and scouting for the upcoming deer/elk season.

Their is a good posibilty that I won't be able to respond back to anyone starting Friday. I'll be in Alaska fishing and I'm not sure what phone reception will be like.

    Thanks

Jason has done a lot of work for me. Guarantee it is worth waiting for him to make you what you want rather than going elsewhere.
