For the most part I've taken the last few weeks off to enjoy the holidays and work on some cad drawings for products I'm hoping to bring out in the upcoming year. I did however weld a set of @RelentlessFab sliders in for a member and they fit great as usual.

After 7 years my first set of dimple dies are clapped out. Bought a new set from @-40 couldn't think of a better way to break them in.

Lol. Next one will be even nicer. All these pieces were hand cut and drilled, but during the process all parts were imputed and .dxf files were made for them. Now if I make them again all parts can be waterjet cut hopefully making for an even better finished product.

Currently have all the pieces for the project, just waiting on a rear end from another member on here. Project keeps growing. Gonna end up using some tricks from a mini truck past to hopefully keep most of the bed floor and gain some extra bump travel.

Lemme' guess :) a mini truck style floor tub to create more room for the 3rd and C notch the frame ? I would love to see someone take the idea we did on my truck to the next level IE: instead of keeping everything under the bed like mine - penetrate the bed but do some fiberglass fab in the bed to cover everything up back up and still have sealed bed...like a tubbed mini

No notch cover. I may sheet metal around the shocks to seal the bed floor back up ( I hate working with fiberglass). I like to run a soft topper to keep the dust off my shit during hunting season. It will be pointless if I have big ass holes in the bed.

If I was gonna buy the shocks all over again I probably would of gone 12"c/o's 14" bypass' and keep it all under the bed pull a clean 17" or so.

Bro I am bumped and strapped at almost 20" with my 12" CO's under the wheel wells and nothing penetrating the bed at all, I sit near the middle of the travel at ride height too :

Just to be clear what I meant by this is that with the extra touches you are doing and the longer CO's you'll have way more travel than me for those Dukes of Hazard moments...

I knew you pulled 20. I'm shooting for 23"+ I like to estimate low so I'm not disappointed.

I'll crunch a few numbers tomorrow morning to get an estimate on how much tubing it will take and I'll shoot you a pm.

I've been super busy lately and have been lacking time to take pics. Pics will be coming. I have been in the process of starting a full line of production parts that address some of the short comings of a few of the regularly used parts on the market.

I've been building bed bars for a while, but they have mostly been one-offs. I have a set that I have designed that I feel will add extra functionality over what most are running and will be priced cheap. I am putting the first set together and am looking for someone who's in need of bed bars, and willing to let me use their truck for pictures. In return you will get the bed bars at a very cheap price and I won't have them taking up space at the shop once they are done. If anyone's interested let me know. They will be nice heavy duty bed bars and will be built from nice materials and not cheesy angle iron. You will also have some options as far as extra mounts go. Hit me up if this interests you. I will only have one pair that will be offered up like this. Thanks
