Busy day yesterday. Here's what we did minus some exhaust work as well.

Reworked a previously chopped cab mount yesterday, so his 35's wouldn't run anymore. The way I chop the mounts different than everyone else. It takes longer and is more work, but when we're done it offers the most clearance you can get out of a cab mount short of a relocation.

A quick little flag pole mount we whipped up for fun

And a bumper I previously build for stock front fenders notched and plated to allow for front end flex with its new fiberglass fenders

Finally a lazy Sunday I could spend fixing little things around the shop and play with some new tools.

Built another one of these 1/2" ar500 silhouette target tow hitch covers for a buddy.

Fixed my welding table vice that some jackass tweaked

    IMG_6003.jpg

Picked up this Whitney press punch. And tested it on some 1/4" material. Pretty nice being able the punch holes is 1/4" cold rolled in less that two seconds

    IMG_5996.jpg

Picked up a new tube not her over the weekend. Time to retire the hf not her I've used for the last 10 years. Using the lathe takes way too long. Pretty stoked, I told myself I wouldn't build another set of sliders till I bought a new notcher( you know what's coming next).

    IMG_6006.jpg

And I also took delivery of this fine specimen. Chevy 3200. Installing a universal mustang II front end with rack and pinion as well as a new steering column.

After collecting dust in my garage for the last few years finally brought my miller dynasty 200dx back to the shop. Made me realize what a piece of crap the Mac tools tig welder was. Still gotta input my settings and dial myself in, but I've missed tig welding.

Here's some mig welded pivots and brackets with 4130 weld washers added.

I mostly just made that one as a novelty and have since designed a cheaper simpler flag mount that I will produce a run of, but if someone wants to pay the labor for building a few of those I'll crank them out. I'll shoot you a pm.

A quick little double scepter can mount I threw together for a swing out i'm working on. Still needs the strap mounts. If I get some more free time I'd love to add a few more details.
