Rock sliders that don’t hurt kids knees.

Shoot I was going off the post by the person who said In Columbia. My biggest fear is my son who is 2 and on the short side of the growth curve, has his side of my truck set up with QuickDraws and hand holds. But he still has to knee up onto the nerf bars. It also seems all the sliders are about 2-3 inches higher up than the nerf bars. So I guess until my lil’ man grows up I’m going to try and not rip the nerf bars or hit a rock so hard that I can’t open the door.

 

I opted for dimples down. Works and looks great!

I have a 2021 . -stock suspension, which I believe is 1" higher than the off road.

I do not know the height offhand.

I intended to use these as steps as well - they are 0 degree (flat). The designs with larger angles don't work as well as steps. 5 degrees max, I'd say...

 

I'll be down in HHI in a couple of weeks and could bring them down and even help you install them

Also, Here is some good info on kid setups. I have a climbing sling, the kids can pull themselves up with but at 2 they still needed to put a knee down inside the truck.

Unfortunately for the op, Ryan doesn't ship sliders.

 

Can’t u just help your kids get in and out the truck .. instead of having them climb stuff it would avoid injuries.

 

OP is paraplegic and has a tough time lifting

 

Op needs one of these for the kids. I typically have something for the wife to step on to help her get in. She is 5'1 and my truck is lifted a few inches.
