Is a Wix Private Label Package Oil Filter from Rockauto a Wix oil filter or a fake no name oil filter from China in a white box - I don't want to save a few $$ bucks and ruin my engine. Thanks in advance for any reply.

No its not a private label. I would use Toyota oil filters.

I've done that a few times. More than a few actually. I usually end up with something like "we source parts from all over the world...blah...blah...blah". Their customer service people have no idea about the details of parts they sell.

Wix is a name brand filter. Good as any as far as I'm concerned. O'Reilley's sells them.

Toyota filters for sure, but you still have to be careful where you get them from since there are even counterfeit Toyota filters for sale online.
