Get some treadwrights, have you thought about spindle lift since your 2wd?

High scool budget ain't that big, we were all there. Don't buy something just for temporary use. If you want a full leaf pack don't but a AAL for the meantime save up. Want a budget lift, do that if you don't plan to upgrade it, I'll help you out

You don't need air tools just some patience and a good torque wrench.

Just joined the Tacoma contingent in the area, up north in Allen. Going to stay fairly stock for a while, at least till I refill the savings a bit. Anyone running aftermarket exhaust (magnaflow, etc) that I could potentially hear in person in the next week or so. Listening to YouTube videos is driving me nuts.

Ended up on the edges of Rowlett today looking for a spot to take some more photos of the truck now that the sun was out. Didn't find anywhere I liked, but ended up back at a spot in Parker I knew of.

Also, found the Gibson muffler I was looking for on Amazon, Prime shipping, so that'll show up on the door step Tuesday. Should have it installed later in the week. Ended up going with the 19x6 round offset in stainless and a 2.5 to 4" tip. Hoping that'll give me the sound I'm looking for based on the YouTube vids I've listened to. But seriously, till the GMC finds a new home, that's it on mods...

I'll post up when I get it installed. Have a coworker (aka: the bad influence who got me hooked on the Tacoma) with a Baja that had the TRD exhaust. We'll have to do meet up or something to compare exhausts. Hoping for a low mellow tone, know it won't be the same as the 4.8 in the GMC I'm coming from, but need a little rumble when I get on it.

There are plenty of 'trails' around Lavon, but recently big giant 'No Trespassing' signs have gone up at all the access points I know of. My luck, I'd be the guy they catch. Going to head up to the north east of town a ways some time soon and see if I can find a stretch of gravel road to do some shots. Photography is a side hobby, and will do some shots of the local trucks for anyone who wants if we can find a time/place to do them a few at a time.

I've hit the trails on the northern end of Lavon off 380 in Princeton and haven't seen any trespassing signs.

My Tacoma is stock, but I have some 5100's on back order and my OME 885 coils came in yesterday. I also have an AAL kit that will be going on soon. I'm going to work on the front first then do the rear.

Rear isn't bad, hopefully you've got a long enough socket or a set of ratchet wrenches for those u bolts
