    Sweet ride btw.

    Thanks man

No not yet. As long as your exhaust tip is extended (turned down) behind your rear axle you are good to go.

Pictured setup is different from my current mbrp exhaust which unfortunately is really short and turns down in front of the axle. I'll have to get an extension before I can pass emissions again...

So, finally got around to installing my ARP Lexus IS300 studs along with a set of fresh Bora 1.5" spacers to replace the old ones. This should provide more strength for the wheels as the studs were previously only going through less than half of the threads, and also these spacers should be wide enough to prevent the dirty fives from rubbing while off-road.

    Not enough threads...

All the new studs cut and ready to be pulled through

Hand threaded them through and tightened with the ol' impact. Now you can see the studs actually use all the threads. Dis is good.

Ran into a little with the brake pads not compressing and I accidentally leaked a bunch of brake fluid as I tried to bleed them while the drum was off. I had to clamp the brake pads together to get the cover back on to do the test fit... I'll post some more pics when it's done of the even wider ass.

How much did you cut off the arp studs? I'm planning on running some in the front but not the rear cause I will have to run a spacer for my BAMF shock relocation but I forgot you could cut them

I would say 3/8 - 7/16 of an inch off the studs. Went through a couple metal blades on the hackzall and went slowly and added water and some wd40. Gotta cut slow and along with the threads so you can get the nuts on there.

Glad I did this... Now the nuts are actually threaded fully onto the wheel studs and looks like I should have enough clearance so the tires don't rub on anything while full flex

I'm hoping to cut enough off so I can use the lugs that came with my fn wheels so I don't have to run open lugs in front and then closed in the ear with my spacers. Also what's the part number on those want to make sure I have the right ones from Amazon!

Yes of course. They are expensive but I like the peace of mind knowing that the nuts holding on my wheel spacers are actually threaded all the way on

Yeah, I'm wondering if I should do that on mine. Those 1.25s make me a little uncomfortable

A small handful of select mods.
I ran the 1.25 spider Trax spacers for 5 years on the factory studs. There is plenty of thread for the 1.25s. No need to change them. Hell I still have my OEM studs on the truck 9yrs later.
