Got my Level 8 Mk6's on her today. I dig them, they are 4.5" backspacing with 0 offset. Nice, simple, clean and they give the truck a more aggressive stance. I also ordered some TRD center caps to replace the big "8*.

Forgive the dirt, shes gonna get a bath when it cools down this evening. I'll post a clean pic later. :D

Nice ride! Those Mk6's with that offset... that is without wheel spacers, correct? Looks to be about the same stance as my OEM wheels with the 1.25" spacers.

    Well done!

Thanks! No wheel spacers. 4.5 backspacing, 0 offset.

Picked up some new center caps for my wheels today. Looks much better IMO.

First off, your truck looks awesome! Second, I'm contemplating doing the OME kit eventually, with 885s rather than 887s I think. My question is regarding the ride. You say it is a "little stiffer than stock." Is it still a comfortable ride, as in, I'm not going to be miserable and feel like I'm riding in a dump truck when I'm in my truck? My truck is my daily driver and I really don't want it to end up being too stiff to enjoy driving it.

Thanks dude! Its a little stiffer than stock in a good way. To me stock suspension felt a little mushy. I daily drive my truck too and it rides great. Not like a Cadillac, but good. lol I am glad I went with the 887's, it makes it seem level without having to run the top plate spacers on the 885's or taking a leaf out of the Dakars.

Thanks for the reply! I do agree with you about the suspension perhaps feeling a little mushy. Like i said, basically, I just don't want it to feel like I'm riding around in a dump truck. I don't think my girlfriend would appreciate that too much, haha.

Haha, well just for the girlfriends sake, tell her that the other night my girlfriend and I were driving up a gravel road that was all washboarded out and she made a comment about how she was impressed by the smoothness of the ride. ;)

Nice truck! Yeah I think I have seen you around. I saw a truck similar to yours driving out Hwy 140 a little while back. Lifted, 33's, bunch of stickers in the rear window, and some kind of exhaust. I think that guys lives up Lake Creek way.
