*CLOSED* RokBlokz Group Buy Spring 2017

I just want to say how happy I am with this company. I bought some regular style short flaps in red for my truck last year. I was very happy with the product.
A few weeks ago I was driving through alot of deep snow and got stuck. While digging out I managed to damage one of my flaps with the shovel causing it to come out of 2 of the 3 mounting holes. I removed the flap,but in the 2'+ of snow managed to loose most of the hardware.
After contacting rokblokz, they mailed me out all new hardware and spacers for just shipping. Received it just a few days later.

Can I get in on this? Purchased the OEMs (haven't even installed them yet)... and after further reading, realize these options allow for some discretionary offroading much more than the stocks.

 

those short ones keep mud off the side of your truck well?

 

Yes. I had the driver front off for about a week. The amount of mud and roadcrud down the drivers side was way worse than the small amount on the passenger side.

These flaps stick out about 1.5-2" more than stock.

 

Looking at geting the RokBlokz with 285/70R17 tires. Do you think I should get the regular or XL? I dont want the flap to stick out past the tire. I will have the 17 X 8 with 0 off set.

 

My pics above are 265/70-17's on sport rims (whatever the off set is on that).

Here is a pic showing how much the flaps stick out past my tires. The wooden rod is being held flat across the tires equal in height to the axle.


I chose to have the flaps stick out further than the tires here. If you look closely at the black washer holding the flap on, you can see a old "dirt circle". That is the difference between the flaps set to the inside postion vs outside.

 

How much do your tires stick out past the fender?

 

Not sure yet, just orderd the tires.

Going to buy my set of mudflaps on Wednesday. So excited.

I like how the XL mounts on the outside but wish they had a short version. Debating on which set to pick up.
