Do you know the length differences in the long/short versions off hand?

When i got them you had to special order the short ones.

On their website they don't even list the dimensions, only that the short version is 3" shorter than regular version.

My truck is stock height with the regular size Rokblokz....

My guess is, you should probably stick with the regular size. I mean either way...you should be able to meet that 27" requirement and you could always trim them if need be. I'll have you know, these flaps are a bunch shorter than stock even in the regular length.

I'm trying to upload a picture of my truck sitting level so you can see how the flaps sit on a stocker

EDIT: i can't seem to get any pictures to upload properly :(

Here is an old picture right after i installed them (a year ago):

I will try to remember to measure how high mine are off the ground, I have the regulars with a 3" lift.

Are you saying the bottom of the flap cannot be more than 27" above roadway? Mine are 13"

For a vehicle that is less than 8,000 lbs the law states: "...fenders or mudguards must extend in full width from a point on the wheels that is above and forward of the center of the tire over a point at the rear of the wheel that is not more than 27 inches above the surface of the highway." ORS 815-180

So considering I have a 3" lift I'm most likely going to get the regular version just to be safe

For those that went with the oversize tire option, did you paint the mounting hardware black or did it come black? Not a big fan of the chrome color hardware.
